After attending a presentation at Marriott's Marbella Beach Resort early in 2016 I decided to explore the options on the resale market where I came across your website. I was impressed to see that you have a Resales Office just outside of the resort so I came along and met the team who explained everything very clearly.

I was concerned at some of things the Marriott Sales Rep said to me at the presentation that if I purchased resale I lose two benefits one of them been the option to enroll the Resale into the Marriott Destination/Vacation Club Points scheme. I am so glad I didn't fall for this as after purchasing the resale I have now enrolled it into the Destination/Vacation Club Points program meaning I can also have the Marriott Reward option on the resale as well.

So anyone thinking that there is a BIG difference between direct from the Resort or Resale I´d like them to know the only BIG difference is the savings you make purchasing resale. Thanks for all your help.

At the beginning I was reluctant to use Fabtimeshare for buying my time share in Marriott's Village d’Ile-de-France, because there were many other sites that provide the same service and I did not know who to trust. They always called to explain in details my inquiries. Their advice was honest, and they offered me a price lower than any other site. Completion of the time share transfer was earlier than the promised date. What is more important, they continued to provide prompt support even after transfer was completed. I recommend Fabtimeshare to anyone.

Were very pleased with the service provided. MVCBS Property - being several ex Marriott Vacation Club employees - knows their way and is able to advise honestly on the difference between purchasing direct from Marriott Vacation Club or a Resale via Fab. For us the choice became very obvious and we were continuously informed on the next steps and the progress of the procedure, which took much quicker than thought.  Also on background information the staff is very attentive. I must admit that I was skeptical about timeshare sales companies after an earlier experience where a company wanted me to pony up £13K for them to take the weeks and after 3 years I might get some money. On checking the Internet I found that a National newspaper had investigated them and found nobody ever got anything. In the case of MVCBS they were absolutely straight on what I would get for my weeks. After going ahead they sold 4 weeks in a couple of months; the money, as promised, came to us. I would happily recommend FAB timeshare to anyone interested in purchasing a timeshare. Their expertise and knowledge of the true value of a timeshare was invaluable and saved us many thousands of euro in the process. All transactions were processed very efficiently and professionally during the whole process of lodging funds in the dedicated escrow account right up until final transfer of ownership. My husband and I have just completed the purchase of a 3BR lock-off gold week at Playa Andaluza.
We’d been thinking of adding this to our portfolio for a few years so whilst on holiday there in June we spoke to Andy.

I want to share my experience about Fabtimeshare, for any of you who are not familiar with this company. They are a timeshare sales and rental company across the A-7 from Playa. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge about timeshares, with particular expertise in the Marriott system. I sat with him this past week while enjoying my two weeks at Playa. In twenty minutes I learned more about my options than ever offered at any of our presentations. He is a resource to all, whether you buy, rent, or are just inquisitive. He is 5 star in my opinion.
